RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Dodo’s makes every effort to provide products that are undamaged.
Unfortunately, at times products are damaged and faulty and we will be happy to exchange them or refund them. For us to assist you the following will apply:
- Products returned must be unused and in original condition
- Product must be returned with original packaging
- The product returned must be accompanied by the original invoice
- Product must be returned within 14 days of purchase date
- Any refunds will be refunded at the existing retail price of the product on the day not exceeding the original price paid within the 14 days
- Where a product has been marked down and a refund is requested after the 14-day period the refund will be made at the lower price
- Faulty product – we will gladly exchange the faulty product with the same product or a similar product of your choice.
- Lay-bye returns will be refunded at the full price within 14 days of last payment made (collected)
LAYBYE POLICY
- Payment must be a minimum of 25.00% of the full price.
- Payment in full must be made within 92 days of the first payment.
- A maximum of 5 payments are allowed.
- The original laybye agreement document must accompany each payment
- Original laybye agreement must be presented when the shoes are collected
- No shoes will be handed to the customer unless all outstanding monies on the laybye agreement are settled
- Laybye will be cancelled after 3 months if not settled in full
- Personal Information will only be utilized within Dodo’s (Pty) Ltd and its legal entities
If a laybye agreement has been terminated as intended in regulation B, the seller shall immediately charge a 1.00% administration fee for the total amount of the laybye in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act on termination of the agreement.
